Greetings: need assistance in removing the control box for my side-by-side refrigerator/freezer. I have removed the two hex head screws on both ends of the control box but when I attempt to pull the box down or out, it is still hung up on something or other. I'm trying to get to the thermostat to test it. Any help is much appreciated.
