Sorry, my bad. I mixed this newer model with traditional Cabrio washer. If you ordered the outer tub from APP then you can return it for full refund. There are 3 parts which could cause such noise. They are: the pulley, the cam and the basket drive gear (#13, #12 & #10 on the diagram). You have to remove them and check the teeth and splines. Post the results. Gene.

jd1md1,
I have reviewed your order. The tub we sent in replacement of the first one is in route now. If you or someone is home to accept the package from Fed-Ex it can be refused and sent back to the warehouse. If you are unable to refuse the package we can also have a pick up tag sent out to you.
For assistance please call our toll free number at 1-877-477-7278 and let them know of the situation. I will put notes in your order.
Our apologies for the inconvenience.
Thank you for choosing AppliancePartsPros.com

Thanks Gene, I though I was nuts looking for bearing. After completely tearing down and not finding bearing I removed belt shield, belt was off of cam and cut thru shield, this is what was making noise until belt came off cam, then would not complete cycles. Another weird one to add to your bag of tricks. Bob
