Hi, This unit is in a brand new house that has been on the market for 3 years, the inspector caught it. There is power & water to it. I pulled the door apart to check if they forgot to plug in anything, there is power everywhere but nothing lights up. Any ideas?? Thanks, Tom

do you have power to the control board?

Yes there is power in the ribons going to the key pad.

if you have power to the control board and no display or function the board is bad
