i was cooking on top and the stove arcked and blew my breaker now the oven does not work elements look good but no broiler or oven what would be the problem every thing on top is working

A model number would help.

Since the stove top arced you have to find out why and repair that.

It is probable that the voltage spike that resulted from the arc blew your oven control board.

Depending what it will cost to repair what caused the arc and the control board it may not be worth fixing.

Some units do have a fuse for the control board.
