I have owned it for about 6 years, about 1 1/2 yr ago it start making a noise (ticketing or buzing) if I would move it or open the door it would stop.

Freeze side seems to be fine.
It Refrigerator seemed to cool fine until about 2months ago, I had to start turn the temperature dial to a higher setting to keep it at proper temperature.
Yesterday, the Refrigerator got to got up to 53deg. I did not hear the Refrigerator running or any ticking or buzzing. I found an article online, indicating the control broad may be an issue, and if the interior light is remove the Refrigerator will cool again. Following the tip in the internet article, I removed the Ref light last night. I now hear the Refrigerator running the temp is down to 45 deg at the top and 37 at the bottom. How long should it take to get down to 37 deg top at a setting of 6?

The article indicates replacing the control broad will solve this problem. However, I am still not comfortable with the temperatures
