This is a double oven. Top (convenction oven) works fine. Lower oven display reads "LO" and does not heat up. Checked the thermostat. Wondering if it is the motherboard, but not sure of the part number I need. Thanks in advance for any help

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for WHIRLPOOL KEBC207KBL05 30" BUILT-IN ELECTRIC DOUBLE OVEN SELF-CLEAN | AppliancePartsPros.com

See the attachment for your tech sheet.

Before replacing the control board (Item 3 in Section 2), I would check the Oven Shutdown Thermal Fuse (Item 37 in Section 1). It should be 0 ohms.
If blown it kills power to the elements so the unit never heats up and stays on "Lo"

Also check the wiring to the lower oven.

You said you checked then thermostat so I am assuming that you have a meter.
Be sure to flipthe breaker to off when working on the unit.
