Not sure about the year but both the fridge and freezer are not cold enough. The freezer feels like the fridge used to and the fridge got warm enough to ruin milk but nothing else. I'm not sure what part I need so somebody drop me a line!

Here are your parts

The Sears parts site should have actual parts breakdowns/locations.

You have to do more troubleshooting.
What is running and what is not re: compressor, evaporator/freezer fan, condenser/compressor fan etc.?
If the compressor is running is it cycling on/off or is it on all the time?
If on all the time are the evaporator coils clogged solid with ice/frost?
If yes you have a defrost problem.
If on all the time and there is little or no frost on the evaporator coils then you have a sealed system problem.
Note: this observation must be made after the compressor has run for a couple hours as there will be little if any frost on the coils shortly after a defrost cycle.

If the compressor is not on then it may be a thermostat or a compressor start or a compressor problem.

Here is a good site with some basic fridge repair troubleshooting help.
