The washer goes through all the wash cycles but will not go into final spin. It does agitate in both directions. I had a bearing issue and fixed it after putting tub back in i now have a spin problem..

The usual prognosis with your problem is the speed control board, but also check out the door switch and the wiring with it.

Ok, that suggests a problem with the motor or belt. Run it with the back off and see what happens with a full load, that should tell you where the problem lies.

With the back off and a full load. it will just tumble left for about 30 seconds, and then tumble right. it does this untill the cycle is complete and then turns off. The motor does seem to be a little hot not sure if this is normal. The belt is nice and tight.

That sounds like your speed control board, but the only way to be sure is to replace it. If you buy from this site and the part does not fix the problem you can return it. If that is not the problem the main control unit is the next suspect.

Is there a way to test them. I already have $300 in repair cots from the tub assembly and bearings. I am coming close to new replacement at this time.

There should be a tech sheet inside the lower service panel that will tell you how to test components.
