Yesterday, thanks to this forum, I think we figured out why we were getting so much condensation in fridge. Found a small spot along the top edge of the door where the seal is not fully meeting the body. Seal looks absolutely even and fine along the door. Also noticed that the door, when empty or full, hangs about 1/4" lower than body on the handle side of the door. The manual says that it should be 1/8" higher than body when empty. So, my question -

Should we replace the 11 year old seal even though it looks absolutely fine AND/OR should we try and adjust the door by adding a shim to the centre hinge (this is suggested in the manual). How hard is it to adjust the door if we get an extra shim for it ?

Thank you !

Carson,
Did you ever figure out your issue? My top and bottom door appear to be hanging as well. The bottom seal, of the refrigerator door, will rub causing the door not to seal at the bottom. I also get the small seal leak on top as you described. I thought re-leveling the frig, trying to make the frig box square again, but the makes things worse. It needs hinge adjustment, but I dont see any adjustment on them... Let me know if you figured anything out. Thanks!

My fridge has a bottom freezer. No problem with that door. It was the top door for the fridge that had the problem. We did manage to fix the problem by adding a shim on the bottom hinge of the fridge door. The shim is just a little round washer-like shim (obtained from Sears for this particular fridge). After removing the fridge door, the shim goes onto the post for the door then door goes back on. It worked wonderfully. Fridge is like new !
