I am getting a F3 fault code with an E2 Error code on the temp sensor. I checked the ohms and got the 1080 that the tech sheet said that I should get if the sensor is ok. The tech sheet said to check the control for welded closed relays. If that is the problem will I need a new control or can the control I have be fixed?

Is that an easy repair to make or should I get a pro to do it? If someone else fixes it is it usually a costly repair?
