Got a Fridgidaire side by side with an icemaker, before when using the icemaker it looked like the unit was having intermittant power surges. Now when I have the external light on the door it will start to flicker and the fridge is doing a clicking sound like the power to that light is cutting on and off, it used to do this when we would operate the icemaker as well. I found another post before mentioning s similar problem, and the fix might be to replace the power board. Does this sound like the right solution, a power board is rather expensive to try if you are not totally sure. What do the experts think on what the problem part is ?
