washer stops at rinse cycle. I was able to remove the clothing and turn the knob to reset and it spun and drained the washer. I thought it was just a overload issue.

The next load. very light, did the same thing, I turned the load size knob
from large to medium and then turned to reset again and it finished the load again.

Why does it keep stopping at the rinse cycle with the washer full of water?

Thanks,

Gerry

I may have the answer to my own question.

After reading the manual it says the machine must be level. It appears to be tilted a bit with the front down. I wonder if this is causing it to shut down when heavily loaded?

In the morning I will get out a level and some wrenches.

Do any of you pro's have any input on this?

Gerry

I balanced the washer and am running a light load as we speak.

Wife seems to think the whole process is taking to long for a load.

Can anyone point me to info on how long each cycle should run?

I am not in the mood to changed a 133dollar timer for no reason.

Thanks

balancing the machine did not fix the problem.

load seems to stop mid cycle. the timer does advance but seems to be very slow. I had to manualy advance the timer to get the load finished, then they where not clean, I believe i advanced it past the wash cycle just to get the machine to empty.

When i manually advanced it to spin it seemed to operate normally.

Is my timer shot?
