Dispenser water pressure is low. Also, it leaks, apparently out of the bottom of the freezer door, but only when water is dispensed. We didn't use it for a few days (only ice) and no leak.

I need basics. Wanted to remove dispenser assembly to look inside. Took out 4 screws but stlll not free. See it has "sticky" tape but want to ensure I don't crack it.

An help appreciated.
