Hello,
It was time. My 25 year old Caloric Prestige Series self-cleaning oven needs to have its oven ignitor replaced.
I ordered part #AP2934763.
That was easy. Now the hard part. How difficult is it to install this 5" long ceramic item? Does it require access through back side?
Thanks,
Dweber

Dweber D, It normally, can be done from the front. Occasionally you may have difficulty extracting the ignitor and wires, not very often. Just remember to re use the metal shield that mounts to the oven wall, and be cautious when installing the new igniter, you don't want to crack or break it. Good Luck, :) :) :)
