My son delivered the refrigerator to our home, and it was lying down in the truck. Well we have since found out that refrigerators should be delivered standing up. It was working fine at his home, but now neither side will get cold. We unplugged for a few days, plugged it back up and it's still not getting cold. Any suggestions?

Does the compressor work?

If it does, then most likely there is a restriction in the sealed system due to the oil leaked out of the compressor into the sealed system. In such situation you have to call a pro to fix it and it can be about $300.
