Dryer quit heating and the thermal fuse was blown. Replaced fuse, heating element and belt. Dryer ran for one complete cycle and then quit heating on next cycle. I have cleaned all of inner surfaces, blower housing and replaced the outlet hose. I have not remove the fuse to check it yet but wonder what could be causing it to blow?

Check the blower wheel and make sure the dryer exhaust line is clean all the way through the vent outlet. Make sure the vent outlet is working properly.

Gene. Vent outlet has been replaced and exhaust line is clean. When running without heat the exhaust is strong enough to open the vent. I did find the tube from the blower outlet to the vent tube wasn't properly seated. It appeared to be that way from the beginning. I question the thermostat on the blower housing. It is a three wire sensor and shows continuity from the blue to orange in both directions but open between the purple and orange and purple and blue. Is there anything else that controls the heat? Thanks, Don.
