The dryer starts and runs for about 10 to 15 minutes, gets hot and then shuts down, you can't started till it cools down. I can smell something burning. I cleaned the entire dryer inside and out including the motor. The motor was completely surrounded by lint, I was able to run it after the cleaning for about 10 minutes. Also, for some reason it shuts down when the timer reaches 10 minutes, not sure is this has something to do with it. Im thinking is the motor. Can it be the thermal fuse or thermostat? Thank you.

The thermal fuse is not resettable, and the thermostat does not shut down the dryer, so as you suspect, you probably have a failing motor.
