I searched the database for Kenmore Washer Model 11020712990 and they come up with nothing. Is the database that lacking?

I know nothing of this "database" that you speak of. ;) I do know that your model no. is good if you put a "." in it. As in 110.20712990 Its a standard top loading, direct drive washer made by Whirlpool. What kind of problem are you having with it?

Hi. Thanks so much. I need the drive rubber that goes betwen the motor and the transmission. It's made of plastic and rubber

I tried putting the . in the number and it still doesn't come up. The closest I get is 110.20272001 I have never had a problem pulling up models before here. I must be losing it....LOL If it comes up for you, maybe you could be so kind as to send me the link for it.

I usually go to sears to look up one of their appliances.
