:cool: The agitator on my top load Maytag Ensignia will not turn. I can manually spin ithe top agitator CCW but it doesn't turn CCW and the bottom does not turn either way. The water fills but when it's time to agitate you hear the motor running but it doesn't agitate. The machine shuts down after a bit when the motor overheats. Once the motor cools and the knob is turned to spin, it will spin and drain. Any idea what it could be?
