I have a kenmore dishwasher model 66513834k601 ser. FW3311429. The panel is locked up (Electronically) I have held in the dry heat button that is supposed to lock & unlock panel. led flashes panel still locked up, killed the power for 10 min. turned back on still locked up. any suggestions? did the circuit board go south?

All leds will light up machine will run through all cycles, (Warning all problem codes that were stored in the machine will clear). Machine ran fine through all cycles. control panel is unlocked. I did notice a dark spot on the ribbon to the key pad (Possible problem). I am going for the keypad replacement.
