I have a ge quiet power 3 dishwasher, 2 years old.
For about a month, i have a problem with a complete cycle.
The machine fills with water, and then 10-15 seconds later it should begin wash cycle, however, it just shuts off.
I re set the cycle, but it just keeps stopping.
Occasionally, it will begin the cycle, maybe a half hour after its on.
Can anyone help me with this situation, frustated.

I would check the connection to the power re: that the wire nut connections if used are OK.
Be sure to remove power from the unit when doing this.

Try pushing on the door a little, could be that a door switch is not closing correctly.

Check that the heater is OK and it's hi-limit thermostat is OK.
Could be it is trying to get to a minimum water temperature and cannot for some reason. If it has cycles that do not heat the water (re: Econo) to see if it will complete a cycle.

Check that the unit is filling with water that is al least 120 degrees.
