Dishwasher will not run. The control panel lights up when I hit the appropiate selections, but when I select start nothing happens - any suggestions?

Here are your parts
Replacement parts for MAYTAG MDB4651AWB | AppliancePartsPros.com

Here is the tech sheet

I am assuming you have tried different cycle types and nothing will start.
Try running the diagnostics.
Check the door switches to be sure they both close when the door is latched.
