The cancel/drain light was blinking on my dishwasher. The only cycle that would function was the drain cycle. I replaced the console assembly (touch pad) per site troubleshooting. The drain light still blinked as before. I then replaced the electronic control assembly. I ran a short cycle and it stoped mid cycle and is now blinking as before. Do I have a defective electronic assembly or is the problem elsewere? p.s I'm new at postings.

Need the last 3 digits of the model number (BL0 etc.)

Then I may be able to find a tech sheet that gives a pin-out of the keypad.
Your problem may be a stuck key.

Sort of got me stumped.
It is not that uncommon to get a defctive parts but it is very uncommon to get the same error when you have replaced bothe the control and keypad.

I would check the keypad with a meter.

And try to dun the diagnostics.
