Don't have the model number with me, but the stackable I have had one plug and the controls for both are at the top of the dryer.
Yesterday the washer did nothing after the wash agitate portion of washing clothes. It won't drain or spin. I have tried to get it to drain/spin on each cycle option or the wash and rinse portions. Nothing. It fills and agitates, but doesn't drain or spin.
I have already taken the drain hose completely off to ensure there were no clogs. Also the pump (white plastic piece that the water comes in and out of under the washer by the motor) was replaced a few months ago. It appears to be fine. The lid switch appears to be fine also. What else should I look for?
Thanks

We really need a model number so we can see exactly which appliance you have.
Thanks

I know you said the lid switch appears to be fine, but by-pass and try the washer to make sure. Your symptoms are consistent with a failure of the lid switch, and sometimes just looking at it or playing with it will not reveal the problem.

Would the lid switch be part no. 3391901? The manual is referring to it as a Door Switch, but there also is a part no. 696144 referred to as the Strike Panel. I want to order the lid switch, but don't really see the part number listed as such.

I beleive the part you have listed is the door swich for the dryer part of the stacked machine. The wash lid switch is inside the cabinet and is activiated by the plastic tab on the washer lid. Here is the part, but you really need to ascertain that it is the problem before you order it (we hate having you order a part which is not the problem) Part number: AP2946951
If you remove the transition panel you will access a plastic coupling. Unplug it and insert an insulated wire with the ends expose into the two outer ends of the coupling coming from the console. This will by pass the lid switch and you can see if the machine will drain and spin.
