I recently replaced the timer on my washer, now no cold water will come in on the wash fill cycle and no hot water will come in on the rinse cycle, also the fill level will no shut the water off in the "small load setting" they list two different timers, could I have the wrong one?

The correct part number for the timer based on the serial number of the washer. Which timer did you buy and what is the complete serial number of the washer?
