Hi - I followed the online instructions to remove the cabinet, which was extremely helpful. When I went to put the cabinet back on, after replacing the couplers, I wasn't able to get the cabinet back on perfectly.

I currently have the cabinet back on, but the rear panel (when I moved it back into position) is not perfectly flat, it seems to bend outwards. I have the front edge of the cabinet under the base frame with the sides of the cabinet on top of the frame. The plastic lining for the rear panel seems to come off a lot as well. Not sure if this is causing a mis-alignment issue.

It also seems the back side of the cabinet protrudes outwards a little bit so it doesnt sit perfectly flat on the side frame. Is there a tab that should lock this into place?

Is there a way to realign the cabinet so that the rear panel sits flat and not bend ourwards? Anyone experience this when putting the cabinet back on?

Thanks!

Since you did not post a model number I am going to assume that this is the basic direct drive machine.

If this is the first time doing this, getting the cabinet back on correctly is not easy, but with time and patience you can do it. The trick is to make sure the front lip is pushed as far as possible under the front brace. Just keep at it until the cabinet sits right on the side braces and everything will be fine.

Patience and cussing works for me.
