Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 1		The icemaker works fine but produces ice with white flecks. The water from the water dispenser does not have white flecks. I have changed filter and even added a second filter to the water inlet line. Any ideas?:confused:

Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 3/28/2009(UTC) Posts: 1,648		I have seen the paint in this type icemaker chip off a lot. Remove the icemaker and check to see if the paint is chipping off in the ice mold and if so replace the icemaker. Refrigerator repair guide
