Rank: Member Groups: Registered Joined: 9/10/2009(UTC) Posts: 3		The refrigerator only dispenses crushed ice even if we select cube on the panel. Any repair suggestions? I'm also trying to locate a service manual for the Bosch B20CS80SNW. Can anyone locate one?

If it is loose then just dump some of it out. If it is stuck together then that is an indication that your water valve is dripping like a faucet. Replace the water valve.
