The refrigerator only dispenses crushed ice even if we select cube on the panel. Any repair suggestions? I'm also trying to locate a service manual for the Bosch B20CS80SNW. Can anyone locate one?

Is the ice bin completely full? One easy thing to try is remove the ice bin and dump some of the ice out if the bin is full. Manual

Thanks for the manual. Is there any button combo to test if there is a problem with a solenoid?

Is the ice stuck together in the bin or loose. If it is loose then just dump some of it out. If it is stuck together then that is an indication that your water valve is dripping like a faucet. Replace the water valve.
