I have replaced it twice and the second time it has only lasted 3 months. The drum shaft is a little worn. I was wondering if there is a torqe spec for the drum bolt and does anyone have any thoughts that could help me. tx Todd :D

I have spent a fair amount of time trying to research this, and have come up with nothing. What I think is that your motor pulley and drum pulley are not lined up on the same plane, and that the motor pulley is using the belt to put pressure on the large pulley. I would take out the motor and put it back in, taking care to make sure its pulley is in the same plane as the drum pulley and see if this does not cure the problem. Good luck, hope this helps.
