hey Gene thanks for the reply I replaced the timer because I figured that everything started with the timer I did not ask anyone first next time I will how do you by pass that switch? thanks:) :)

Why did you decide to replace the timer? Most common cause of such problem is a bad lid switch (#11 on the break down diagram). Bypass the lid switch and see if the washer will drain and spin. - New lid switch and step by step instructions on how to replace the lid switch: Part number: AP3100003

I just received a new timer installed it and it does the same thing as old timer it fills it agitates and stops
