it is likely that it has something to do with the electronic control panel which is supposed to trigger the soap dispenser to open.

The soap dispenser does not dispense the soap during the wash cycle and the rinse dispenser does not seem to be working. I have not had to replace the rinse liquid for months. What do I need to do to get this fixed. Can I buy parts?
