I have a similar problem with an agitator on my Whirlpool washer that will not turn under its own power. I have ordered a cam and dogs kit and am looking for advice on how to install the kit. My model number is LSQ9564JT0.

I replaced the motor coupling of my washer and seem to work fine for a while. now I noticed that the center part inside the drum that does the agitating? Is not turning, what do you think is causing this problem?
