This here washer is a modular design. The controls, water valve, down spout, water valve, hoses and drain pipe are all mounted on the rear wall. Everything you need to run a washer is mounted on that back wall except the tub motor and tranny. To put the back on simply make sure all of its components are back on the there and sit the back side on the base. Have the case sitting off to the side. Only 2 or 3 screws hold the back to the base. The case simply clips back onto the rear wall with the S clips. This washer is so simple to work on a caveman could do it. OOPz!

Thanks for your help. My brother attempted to "fix" my washer. He attempted to take the back panel off. He got all screws off, and some plastic pieces off. Now he does not know how to put the panel back on. Midway to the bottom of the panel is flopping around, and the bottom of washer is also loose. HELP !!!

flip up the control panel and unplug the lid switch as pictured pop those S clips using a flat blade screw driver and tip the case forward. It will easily come right off and reveal the lovely operating parts of this easy to fix washer.

Their should be 3 main springs on the bottom and one spring attached to the rear panel. these springs attach around the base like the one pictured. You must remove the case to this washer to inspect the springs.

while washing clothes, there was a loud bang from washer. I opened lid, saw nothing, turned washer back on. Ever since then, there is a metal ratteling when the washer spins. The basket is also easy to move back & forth. what could this be ?
