When the unit defrosts itself it doesn’t put out enough
water to overflow the pan. If the pan is overflowing then
the water may be coming from some other source.
This unit has chilled water and an ice maker so it’s possible that
one of the supply lines coming from the water inlet valve runs
above the defrost pan and is leaking which could cause the pan to overflow.

Thanks for all your suggestions. Well there is no ice build up in the bottom of the freezer, and the tube is in the correct place. Before I have my husband search all the other things, I'm quite certain the water is coming from the drain pan just being too full and not evaporating, I also think there might be a crack in the pan like you mentioned cause it was wet under the pan itself. So is it possible a leak in the places you mentioned would leak into the drain pan causing it to overflow?

As kayakcrzy recommended earlier, check to see if you have ice build up in the bottom of the freezer. If you don’t then you have a leak. Here are some things to check.1. Check and make sure the drain tube is properly positioned over the pan. I’ve ran into a number of cases where the tube was draining directly onto the floor rather than into the pan itself.2. There are two pieces to the drain. (see number 5 and 7 in pic below) Check to see if the drain tube #5 is properly connected (or seated) over the drain piece that comes from the cabinet #7. I've ran into some cases where the tube was mounted but not connected to the other piece of the drain.  3. The plastic drip pan - (check it close) it may appear fine at a glance but could have a hairline crack someplace. I’ve done plenty of follow up calls after others to find that this was the only problem all along.4. The drain tube, Check it thoroughly – It could have a crack someplace allowing the water to drain or leak to the floor before it reaches the drain pan.5. Plugged drain tube, Usually this will case the water to back up into the freezer section which will cause ice to form on the bottom. However I have ran into a few occasions on some drain setups similar to what you have where the drain would become restricted and would leak at the joint where the pieces join together. It happened on units where the pieces weren’t actually clamped together using any sort of external clamp. This would cause the water to skip the drain pan and leak on the floor. I wouldn’t exactly bet money on this as being the cause but if your having trouble locating the problem then it I would make sure to check it anyway to see if there is an actual restiction in the line. Take a look inside the freezer on the bottom, and see if there is a ice build up. If so the freezer drain is clogged. If you need me you can reach me at my website at ApplianceEducator.com Tom
