I am not able to close my microwave door as it won't latch. Therefore, the microwave will not work.
Model number is NNT945SF, Panasonic.

I am having problewms with the door it is not opening and the door push button seems light.
After a while I manage to open wit tongs now if I close it won't open please help whats wrong and how do I fix it.
