This is a difficult diagnosis because unlike a top loader you cannot see the water level very well.

The water level is controlled by this pressure switch and the CCU. You could try replacing the pressure switch as it may be causing the CCU to cut off water flow too quickly.

dont know if drainage is the issue.seems to drain ok.not sure how much water is enough to wash well.on regular or big loads the clothes get all soaked but theres not much water there tumbling in when there washing.it seems there used to be a pool of water at the bottom of the tub when the machine was washing well.thank you for any help.

See if cleaning out the drain pump and hoses will help. Slow draining due to obstructions (coins etc) in the pump and hoses will make it wash poorly.

having some trouble with my washer.it does'nt wash very well anymore and the only thing that may seem different about its operation is that it has less water in the drum when it washes. any help is much appreciated.
