There are companies out there that will repair boards. I have never used one so cannot recommend one to you. Also I do not know what they charge. Just Google "oven timer control board repair"

It's kinda hard to get in there and check the voltage to the coil with power on, I'll try later. You're right, board is no longer available. One company said they still may be able to get it

Suspect bad relay board? That would also be my guess.
I cannot find a wiring diagram for this unit so cannot be of much use here.
Would be nice to confirm it. If you measure a voltage across the relay coil and it does not close then you know for sure that it is toast. I am not sure what that voltage should be. Could be that the relay coil has opened which would be an easier check.
Or perhaps you can hear the relay close, then you would know that it's contacts are shot.
Depending on which board is gone it may be difficult to find a replacement.

Broiler not heating, display says it is on. Bake ok. Checked continuity of broiler element~16ohms. Have 230v across contacts of broil relay when broil selected. Relay contacts obviously not closing.Suspect bad relay board?
