I’m sorry but is there a fee or other payment required for getting an answer? Please advise.

The other day while warming up my GE Monogram Electric Wall Oven
Model No. Z EK938SM1SS, I heard a pop. I then discovered that even though my oven had power that it would not heat past 100 degrees. The clock works, the lights work, but no matter what selection you use or temperature, it fails to heat.

I’m wondering if the heating element which is located at the top of the oven is the culprit, but also wondered if there could be some sort of fuse blown. I have yet to pull out the oven, but wondered if anyone had the same problem with their GE Monogram Electric Wall Over. I could only see one heating element as I stated that is at the top of the oven.

Thank you in advance.
