We have a GE dishwasher model GDF640HSM0SS
It has a dead UI.

We checked that the main control board LED was flashing, so it's getting power.
We determined that the main control board was sending about 13V to the UI board.
We also checked that the signals from the door latch were registering continuity when closed.

We assumed that the UI board must be faulty and replaced it. Model number of UI board is WD21X31898.

It is still dead. There are no lights on the UI board.

We probed some points on the UI board and it has some voltage, so the cable is delivering voltage to it, but we haven't probed if it is indeed full 13V. We just assumed that the board must be getting some power because I do see a voltage drop across two points.

Do I need jumpers for this model to set a personality? No such instructions came with the part.
