The model has french doors for fridge and bottom drawer for freezer

The fridge is working, but the freezer is not. There seems to be some ice buildup on the back panel of the freezer. Is this a symptom of the Defrost Heater not working or some other issue.

I am also wondering where the temperature sensor is located for the freezer and if that is worth replacing.
