Whirlpool Duet electric dryer model no. GE9200LW1...

The dryer makes a loud squeal trying to turn the Drum... The Drum spins under a light load and but will not spin with a heavy load, it just squeals loudly. Is this a belt or could it be a belt and does the dryer have a tensioner pulley, that may have failed? Do I need both? Does it have both a tensioner pully and belt?

The dryer is over 10yrs old and everything worked fine until it started having trouble spinning.
