The broiler on my Jenn-Air range (model: JES9800CAB01; s/n: D20421485) died last week.
The element gets vaguely warm on both LOW and HIGH, but that's it.

I pulled the element and measured the resistance. The DVM indicated 15.6 Ohms resistance. A little high I thought, but not open. Next, I measured the voltage at the connectors that supply the power to the element. With the setting on LOW, I measured 43.8 VAC. The voltage remained at 43.8 VAC when the setting was set to HIGH.

These values sound a little out of whack to me. No error codes are present.
