So I have a VGSU161-6BSS (about 20 years old... I think, came with the house). 4 out of the 6 knobs cause the entire stove to constantly try to ignite when they are on. 2 seem to ignite and then stop trying. I have replaced the spark module and cleaned the spark electrodes without any change. I am wondering if it is either the switches themselves (402-A Microswitch mounted to the valves) or ???? I am going nuts. Anyone have other suggestions where to look? I am about ready to just replace the stove. Viking was no help, and the local viking service company won't call me back.
