Icemaker fill tube keeps freezing up. Purchased new fill tube heater (W11087201) but still doesn't work. It appears that there is power to the fill tube connector but as soon as the heater is connected there is no power. Can anyone help me with this? Is there an alternate power source I could connect to? I'm assuming that the fill tube heater requires power 100% of the time. Any suggestions are appreciated
