I have the opposite problem than most- our refrigerator stays cold but our freezer is around 40-50°, and the flexzone won’t cool either. When it quit the fridge did too, but we pulled the twin cooling panel off the back and thawed out the coils and the ice between the styrofoam pieces and it went back to working. Do we need to do this to the freezer as well?
Our ice maker has been messing up for a year, we have to constantly blow dry it out to thaw it. Last time my *genius* husband stuck the blow dryer in there and left it long enough to melt some plastic. I’m wondering if this caused something else to happen...
