Solved myself after finding some more information. It's one of the door switches. Specifically, the very bottom switch that senses the door release button.

GE microwave, model JE1860BH04.

Still has power. I can press a button on the panel to start it "cooking", and the timer starts and counts down AS IF it were cooking and the light is on, but the turntable won't turn and it doesn't actually cook. The fan doesn't run either.

I do hear a clicking sound right after I push the button, like a relay engaging or something like that.

Since multiple things don't work, but it still ACTS like it's cooking with the timer countdown, I feel like it is maybe a relay that isn't making connection or something like that, but that is only a guess.

Thanks!
