We have a GE JKP64/65 Combination unit. During a cleaning cycle the Power was lost in our neighborhood. Power restored a couple hours later. We wake up Thanksgiving morning to realize the oven control board does not respond and the oven door is locked. The Microwave and controls function fine.

I flipped breaker off, waited five minutes, turned back on with no results. This is the practical limit of my repair skills!

Again, no response on panel that controls oven, microwave portion fine. Is there is procedure or troubleshooting worth trying? Some internal fuse? Unit was probably new in 1995 so it has done a reasonable duty.

I have access to another combination unit my friend took out of a house that I could pickup for a couple hundred dollars and a bit of cabinet modification to go from 27 to 30, but doable.

Thank you in advance
