I have diagnosed a waterline into my INSIDE water filter that feeds the icemaker/water dispenser....NOT the incoming line to the filter, but the output line.

Is that tube something I can buy at HD/Lowes and if so what size is it. I have 2 small pinholes on the water line where it exits the water filter.
