Just to rule out an electrical issue try plugging the washer in a different outlet if one is near or use a heavy gauge extension cord. Then run a load or two and give us the results.

My GE washer has power then it doesn't. It will go through a wash then turn off for more than a day. It will just suddenly be on but will not spin completely as of late.
