Hello,

I bought a used Bosch HBN5650UC and the bottom oven doesn't work. I checked continuity and resistance and both elements are fine. There is no error code. It appears for some reason the 9v signal isn't getting to the relay to activate it. At this point it is just a guess. Both bake and broil don't work. Anyone have this happen? Any help would be appreciated
